Made with a base of Okra, spinach, scallions, palm oil, chose of Beef or mixed seafood, tomatoes sauce, egusi, dried shrimps powder, smoked catfish, cream of mushroom, with tamarind powder, jumbo seasoning, onion/garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper seasoning and slow cooked to perfection.
